What this newsletter is, and what it costs
The Cold Standard is free to read and free to subscribe to. There is no paid tier, no checkout and no card processing on this site, so there is no merchant of record and no payment statement descriptor to disclose. Subscription is by email only, with double opt-in.

Consumer dispute resolution (EU)
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to go to court.
